James Sanchez is an architectural designer at SCHRADERGROUP in the Greater Philadelphia area. Before that, at Thriven Design, he led construction documents for The Park at Fords Corner, a 113-unit mixed-use building in Woodbridge, NJ, and the South Ward Wellness Center in Newark.
A first-generation Mexican American and the first in his family to earn a college degree, he finished a Bachelor of Architecture at Thomas Jefferson University in 2023. His studio work there covered a mass-timber tower over the Vine Street Expressway and a flood-adaptive neighborhood in Venice.
